Grief following loss—whether from abortion, miscarriage, or infant loss—often goes unrecognized and unsupported. Women may struggle with feelings of sorrow that are overlooked or repressed, leading to ongoing trauma when the grieving process is incomplete. At St. Joseph PRC, we offer two distinct support groups to help you navigate your healing journey.

Grief Steps Groups

These groups are designed for those coping with miscarriage and infant loss. Participants are guided through their grief in a supportive setting, helping them process their emotions and find healing.

Post-Abortion Support Groups

Our nine-week classes, led by trained peer facilitators, provide a safe and confidential environment for women affected by abortion. In these small groups, participants engage in discussions and personal applications of biblical truths, fostering spiritual and emotional freedom. Through creative expression, journaling, and Bible reading, women work to overcome the lies that bind them.
