On April 29th, St. Joseph Pregnancy Resource Center is honored to welcome Melissa Ohden as the keynote speaker for our annual banquet. Melissa’s incredible story is one of survival, forgiveness, and unwavering advocacy for the unborn. Her journey from an abortion survivor to a powerful pro-life speaker has touched hearts and inspired countless individuals across the nation.

Melissa Ohden’s life began in the most unexpected way—she survived a saline infusion abortion at seven months gestation. Weighing less than three pounds, she was placed in the care of a nurturing NICU team until she was ready to be released to her new adoptive family. For years, Melissa was unaware of the circumstances surrounding her birth, but when she learned the truth, she chose a path of grace and healing rather than bitterness and anger.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Melissa founded The Abortion Survivors Network, the only organization dedicated to providing emotional, mental, and spiritual support to individuals who have survived abortions. Through this platform, she amplifies the voices of those who might otherwise remain unheard, shedding light on the reality of abortion and the beauty of redemption.

Melissa’s message extends beyond advocacy—she speaks of forgiveness, love, and the incredible power of faith. Her personal journey of reconnecting with her biological family and choosing to extend grace rather than resentment is a testament to the transformative power of hope.

At the banquet, Melissa will share her powerful testimony, reminding us all of the precious gift of life and the impact that each of us can make in defending it. Her story is one of resilience and unwavering faith, and we are blessed to have her join us for this special event.

You are invited to join us on April 29th as we welcome Melissa Ohden and stand together in support of life. Let her story inspire you to make a difference, to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, and to embrace the call to protect and cherish every life.
